Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping: At this time, we only use USPS ship within the United States. A third party Carrier maybe used to handle Int’l Packages.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the USPS website.

Discreet Packaging: To ensure your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents inside.

Return Policy:

Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain items, such as intimate apparel or items that have been opened or used, may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, minus any applicable return shipping fees, within 1-2 business days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.
